If you are looking to apply please keep in mind the following:
If you don’t have a dog we will help you choose the breed best suited for your need, find a breeder, and assess the puppy best suited for your specific needs and lifestyle.
You must have the ability to train and care for a dog on your own or with a helper who is fully committed to the training process.
If applying for a Psychiatric Service Dog you must have been recommended a Service Dog by a healthcare professional. You also must be actively working with a healthcare professional for at least 1 year.
We are happy to help your service dog prospect who is partially trained if you need guidance on advanced concepts.
No service dog training is guaranteed. Our goal is for you to have the best experience in the Lehigh Valley.

Application Process
If you are interested in an application, please complete the form below and we will review your information. If we determine you are a good candidate for our program, we will email you an application.
Please list your name and contact information including phone number in case we have a question. What type of dog you are in need of, the age of the individual, and what type of tasks you are looking for the dog to do for you and include where you are located. Receiving an application does not guarantee acceptance into our program.
